The Ziina Violet free trial isn't available to everyone. If you received a message about it but can't find it in the app, one of the conditions below is usually the reason.
To start the free trial, all of the following need to be true
You've been selected for the offer — the trial is offered to specific groups of Ziina users at a time.
You don't currently have an active Violet membership.
You haven't had a Violet free trial in the last 12 months. The trial is available once per 12 months.
Your Ziina balance is confirmed and your Ziina Card is activated.
Your offer is still open. Offers run for a limited period and the option is removed from the app once that period closes.
The most common reason
In most cases, the Ziina Card hasn't been activated yet or the balance isn't confirmed. Once both are done, the free trial option appears in the app.
