When your 30-day free trial finishes, it continues automatically as a paid Ziina Violet membership at AED 100/month.

How the charge is taken

Your membership is charged from your Ziina wallet balance. If your balance isn't enough, we'll automatically top up using the UAE-issued card saved on your account.

If you don't want to be charged

Downgrade before your 30 days are up. You won't be charged, and you'll keep all your Violet benefits until the trial period ends.

Go to: My Plan → Manage → Downgrade to Ziina Lite

Please note that monthly Violet memberships are non-refundable once charged, so it's worth downgrading before your trial ends if you don't plan to continue.
