There are two separate periods, and it's worth knowing the difference.

1. The period to start your trial

Your offer stays open for a limited time from the day we let you know about it. That's your deadline to start the trial. Once the offer period closes, the option is removed from the app.

We'll send you a reminder before your offer closes.

2. The trial itself

Your 30 days of Violet start from the moment you actually start the trial, not from the day you received the offer. Starting later doesn't shorten your trial.

If you're travelling

Most Violet benefits are UAE-based. If you're away, it's usually better to start your trial once you're back, so you can make full use of the 30 days — as long as that's still within your offer period.
