How do I stop my Violet free trial before it becomes a paid plan?

You can stop your free trial at any point during the 30 days, directly in the Ziina app.

How to do it

Go to: My Plan → Manage → Downgrade to Ziina Lite

You won't be charged. The AED 100/month membership won't start.
You keep everything until your trial ends. All Violet benefits stay active for the remainder of your 30 days — you don't lose them the moment you downgrade.
Your account moves to Ziina Lite once the 30 days are over. You can continue using Ziina exactly as before.

If you change your mind, you can subscribe to Violet again at any time from My Plan.
